This Pad holder has stitching at the top of the palm with openings for each finger. Fingers are able to assist in hand usage during overnight regeneration and healing of arthritis, strains, tissue damage, cuts, and etc. The possible targeted areas for treatment are: hand, fingers, thumb, palm and wrist. The Pad Holder is made of water proof fabric and provides a range of hand sizes. Choose hand width: 3" or 4"; height is 4 inches. FYI: use the 4" width for larger hands, and to cover the base of the thumb if needed for smaller hands.

Width is measured across all 4 fingers. Height is measured 1" over the wrist to the top of the palm. And if you have arthritic fingers, add 1 inches to the Pads height.  Order this Holder-Palm-Wool and measure and choose your Gaia-Pad size and add it to your order.  It takes both products to working together.
