Shipping policy

1. Overview

We’re proud to ship Golden One Solutions products worldwide. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and are shipped from our fulfillment location in the United States.

2. Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free USPS Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.00 (after discounts and before taxes). U.S. orders under $99.00 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Rush and expedited shipments are very welcome and are prepaid by the customer which typically includes a shipment tracking service.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to over 190 countries worldwide. At checkout, international customers can choose from available service levels (Standard, Priority, or Express) offered by USPS (primary), UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your region.

Customs & Import Duties:
•  All customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected upon delivery.
•  Golden One Solutions provides accurate customs codes and descriptions for each shipment to assist with clearance.
•  Please check your country’s import regulations if you have questions about possible fees.

4. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows:
•  United States: 3–7 business days Standard service, 2 to 4 business days Priority or Express
•  Canada: 7–14 business days
•  International (most regions): 10–21 business days
