Refund policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Golden One Solutions offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
–  All tags, inserts, and original packaging must be intact and suitable for resale.
– You must include your receipt or proof of purchase (such as your shipping confirmation email).

Returns that do not meet these conditions, or that are sent without prior authorization, will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a Return Authorization number.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is:
1. Start a return as above.
2. Place a new order for the item you want.
3. Once we receive and approve your return, a credit or refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If the new item costs more than your credit, pay the difference at checkout. If it costs less, you may request us to hold or refund the balance to your card.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
