This Gaia-InSole fits Men up to Size 10 and all Women's sizes. Cut to any size including Women sizes. Cut-to fit by tracing both left and right insoles of your shoes.
It is best to wear these all night in your socks and all day in your shoes:
1. For night time use, place the pair inside a pair of socks or bed slippers. Nightly Earthing - is the most important use.
2. For day time use, place over or under your shoe's insoles for daily Earthing.

I met a young Canadian man at a convention last year who had dropped an axe on his foot 2 days prior. His foot looked like it had swollen to twice the size and he had a large gash.
