The Pad Holder is made of stretchable fabric and provides a range of hand sizes. Choose hand width: 3″ or 4″; choose height: 4″, 5″ or 6 inches. Or you can use our ” Gaia-Pad: Palm L&R”, which is suitable for either Left or Right hands needing healing.

FYI: use the 4″ width for larger hands, and to cover the base of the thumb if needed for smaller hands.

Width is measured across all 4 fingers. Height is measured 1″ over the wrist to the top of the palm. And if you have arthritic fingers, add 1 or 2 inches to the Pads height.
